Are you considered a doctor or therapist?

No, I am not a doctor, or a therapist and I do not prescribe medication. My role as a coach is to partner with you in a co-coaching capacity and assist you in overcoming roadblocks and challenges you may be experiencing personally and professionally.

Although I am not a medical practitioner, your health and your privacy are important to me. Any information shared with me is upheld in the strictest of confidentiality and no information shall be shared without your written and expressed consent and permission.

My expectations of you as a client is to bring your whole self to our sessions, turn off any electronic devices, bring your agenda, be on time, be committed and work or complete any “homework” if applicable for any subsequent sessions.

How do I get the most out of our sessions?

Come with an open mind, be willing to make changes, complete any “homework” for upcoming sessions, and be committed to your personal and professional development. Coaching can only work if we are partners, and your success is my success. Whether your visit is geared towards a personal nature or professional, my goal and intention is for you to win in life.

How many sessions do you recommend?

The number of sessions is based on your agenda and what we’ll be unpacking. For example, if you are seeking career coaching and wish to do mock interviews, we may only need 1-2 sessions, however, if you are seeking customer service training for your employees, multiple sessions would be required. An initial discovery session will help us determine your needs and the number of times we should meet.

Do you provide sample sessions?

Yes, I can provide you with a sample session so you can see if coaching is right for you. This will likely take place during the discovery call. Sample sessions and discovery calls are 20 minutes maximum. Subsequent coaching sessions are 50 minutes for individuals and 60 minutes for group coaching.

Why should you hire me professionally?

My goal is to help bosses, managers, leaders, business owners—whatever your role is as someone responsible for employees—maximize your effectiveness so that you can get the most out of your employees through engagement, collaboration, a boost in performance, and create employees that conduct themselves as business owners and are committed to creating a customer experience that drives repeat business. Your employees and customers should be walking billboards for your business. That said, what do you want your employees and customers to say about you or what type of feedback survey would you receive? Employees can’t thrive in an environment that sucks the life out of their soul. Nor can they work in a culture that doesn’t recognize their value and their contributions. I will help you to develop a team culture where you and your employees work as a community for the greater good of all parties involved: you, them, and your customers.
